overall designs and plans for the Infrastructure Civil and OSP to support the
Fixed Access Network ·

new Buildings NOCs’ submitted by Building Developers / Consultants and
provide overall designs and plans for the Infrastructure ISP to support the
Fixed Access Network and Mobile requirements ·
Review
submissions from Building Developers/Consultants for Infrastructure Civil and
OSP/ISP No-Objection-Certificates, recommend changes where required and once
compliant with published standards approve and grant No Objection
Certificate. This includes design, construction up to material phases. ·
Provide a
high standard of documentation using software packages ·
Liaises with
Team and Consultants for required re-routings due to various developments. ·
Reserves
required reservations for ducting system in the corridors through NOC’s
submitted by designers/consultants. ·
Meets
consultants to explain du standards and guidelines to be followed in projects
for civil related issues. ·
Advises the
team/consultants for the preferred entry points to different communities. ·
Assesses cost
implications of activities related to Civil Works. ·
Ensure
quality and progress of works at intervals. ·
Monitors
Progress of work to achieve target dates and plays pivotal role to solve
civil related issues. ·
Shares
required technical support and trouble solving techniques with team members
in their activities. ·
